About Us
Guildford Garden Rooms was created by three friends who decided to bring their skills together. Stuart looks after the design, Cristian handles the build, and David takes care of the electrics and lighting. With decades of experience between us, we keep things simple: designing and building garden rooms that are practical, well made, and a pleasure to spend time in.
We also work closely with every client, tailoring each project to suit their needs and making the whole process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible.
A Wealth of Experience
Stuart Butcher
Stuart has spent over 15 years as an Architectural Designer, mainly on domestic projects, with occasional commercial work. Before that, I spent ten years in property development and interior design, working both for a major housebuilder and on my own projects—including refurbishments, extensions, and show home interiors.
David Moore
David specialises in high-quality domestic electrical design and installation. A NICEIC-approved contractor, he ensures every project is certified, registered with building control, and backed by a 7-year labour warranty. With a strong eye for lighting design and extensive garden lighting experience, he combines technical expertise with creativity on every project.
